1. About SubKart
SubKart is an online shopping platform offering products to customers in India.
Products may be fulfilled through third-party suppliers, logistics providers and fulfillment partners.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Interfere with website functionality
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to misuse payment systems

3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and prices are accurate. However:
- Product appearance may vary slightly from images.
- Product specifications may change where applicable.
- Availability may change without prior notice.
- Certain products may have product-specific conditions or restrictions.
Where applicable, the individual product page should be reviewed before placing an order.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, SubKart may cancel the affected order and provide an applicable refund for prepaid orders.

Product prices displayed on the website are the prices applicable at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors.
If an order is affected by a significant pricing or listing error, we may contact you or cancel the order where appropriate.
6. Orders
When you place an order, you are making a request to purchase the selected products.
An order confirmation does not necessarily guarantee fulfillment if circumstances subsequently prevent us from fulfilling the order.
We may cancel an order in situations including:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing
- Incorrect product information
- Delivery restrictions
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Other fulfillment-related circumstances
7. Payment
SubKart may provide payment methods including:
- UPI
- Credit cards
- Debit cards
- Net banking
- Other payment methods made available through our payment gateway
- Cash on Delivery, where available
Online payments are processed through our payment service provider.
SubKart does not directly store your complete card details.
8. Cash on Delivery
COD availability may depend on product, location and other fulfillment conditions.
A COD order may be cancelled or restricted if the customer has a history of refusing deliveries or if fulfillment conditions prevent COD service.
If a COD order is refused or not accepted, applicable RTO/shipping charges may apply.
9. Shipping
We currently ship within India. Estimated delivery times are generally:
- Metro cities: 2–5 working days
- Other locations: 4–7 working days
These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote locations, operational delays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not available.

11. Returns and Refunds
Returns are available only for eligible products.
Return requests must generally be submitted within 2 days from the date of delivery.
Products must generally be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Damaged, defective, wrong or missing-product claims may require photographs and an opening-box/unboxing video.

12. Product Warranty
Warranty coverage is product-specific.
Where a warranty is available, the applicable warranty information may be provided on the individual product listing or through the applicable product/supplier terms.
SubKart does not guarantee a warranty for products unless such warranty is specifically stated.
13. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
- Name
- Email address
- Mobile number where required
- Delivery address
- Pincode
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery failure or additional shipping/RTO charges.
14. Promotions and Coupons
Promotional offers and coupons may have their own terms, validity periods and eligibility requirements.
SubKart reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers where permitted.
15. Intellectual Property
The SubKart website, including its branding, logos, text, graphics, design and other original content, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our content without prior permission.

SubKart may use third-party services for:
